missingWrote a review on Oct 13lack of communicationexcessive charges
Upon arrival, I was informed I could check in early, but I still had to wait until 9 PM to access my room. The staff seemed oblivious to the agreement from the previous shift, with maids and managers knocking on my door the next morning. Despite my exhaustion, they insisted on discussing an additional $50 charge, showing little concern for my situation.

It was just a great match for a two-day stay in Albuquerque with good price value. The staff was really friendly during check-in and made us feel welcomed. Make sure to bring your own lights since there aren't enough in the room to brighten it up.

More charging options near the bed would help seniors.
